Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Receive “customer information” from multiple channels, such as platform operations and livestreaming, and promptly and reasonably assign it to the corresponding sales personnel.
• Monitor the initial follow-up timeliness and feedback of the sales team, reminding and reallocating leads that are not followed up on in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular follow-ups on assigned leads, collect sales feedback, and use the insights to optimise the lead quality assessment model.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in livestream operations, sales operations, customer relationship management, or digital marketing.
• Proficient in backend operations and data functions of mainstream livestreaming platforms, and skilled in using computer office software.
• Possess basic data processing and analytical thinking skills, able to identify issues and propose suggestions based on data.
• Meticulous and patient in work, with a certain understanding of the automotive industry.
