A fast-growing Tech-Logistics company in Surulere, Lagos, seeks a Customer Resolution Specialist to handle customer enquiries, resolve delivery issues, and ensure excellent customer experience. Applicants must be female, under 30, have at least 1 year of work experience, and reside within Surulere or its environs.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers’ enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Investigate and analyse customer complaints.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Assist customers with shipment problems.
- Identify and resolve potential shipment issues proactively.
- Report recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Recommend ways to enhance the shipping platform and operational processes.
Requirements:
- Gender: Female
- Age: Not more than 30 years
- Minimum qualification: HND
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience
- Can use the computer comfortably
- Quick learner with strong adaptability
- Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Team player who can work independently
- Pays attention to detail
- Highly motivated, flexible, and creative
- Experience in logistics or customer service is an added advantage
- Preferred Location: Applicant must reside within Surulere or its environs
