Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Lead Generation Specialist who will collaborate closely with the Customer Support team and the USA/Canada sales team. This individual will be responsible for identifying potential leads, following up with them, and converting these prospects into loyal customers.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team to reach out to potential leads based on inquiries.
  • Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to engage potential leads and introduce them to our products/services.
  • Work closely with the USA/Canada sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for sales conversion.
  • Follow up with potential leads regularly, providing information, addressing questions, and building relationships to enhance conversion rates.
  • Conduct research to identify new leads, target markets, and business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update lead databases, tracking interactions and progress through CRM software.
  • Analyze lead generation performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role.
  • Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential leads.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and customer support teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads efficiently.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
  • Analytical mindset to assess lead conversion rates and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Persistence and resilience in handling objections and following up with leads.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Adaptability to work across different time zones if engaging with international clients.
