Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Process inbound and outbound call traffic to qualify leads and make live transfers
- Qualify prospects
- Resolve client queries
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and maintain online records
Requirements:
- Laptop/Desktop with a minimum CPU score of 4000 (AMD/i5 8th generation or higher) and at least 8 GB RAM. Must run Windows 11 24H2 or MAC OS.
- Fibre optic internet connection
- Ability to work 8/9-hour shifts, 5 days a week in EST, with shifts between 9 AM - 9 PM EST
- Excellent command of the English language
- Ability to handle objections and utilise persuasive skills; comfortable with small talk
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow
Compensation and Benefits:
- USD 500 basic monthly salary, with the potential to earn up to USD 500 in bonuses per month
