Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chairman in overseeing daily business operations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure the timely execution of projects and tasks.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Executive Chairman.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
