Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls and redirecting them when necessary
  • Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arranging new meetings and appointments
  • Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos, and forms
  • The job holder will be required to manage all aspects of customer-related functions
  • Handle management and other administrative duties
  • Handle other duties that may arise.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of HND in any related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience as a secretary or similar role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft application.
