Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them when necessary
- Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arranging new meetings and appointments
- Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos, and forms
- The job holder will be required to manage all aspects of customer-related functions
- Handle management and other administrative duties
- Handle other duties that may arise.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND in any related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience as a secretary or similar role.
- Proficient with Microsoft application.
