As the welcoming face of House of Molake, the In-Store Sales Representative plays a key role in delivering a personalized shopping experience. You will engage directly with customers, understand their sewing equipment needs, demonstrate products, and provide expert advice to drive sales. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers warmly, providing a welcoming store experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable sewing machines and accessories.
- Demonstrate product features and provide knowledgeable guidance to drive sales.
- Maintain an attractive and organized store presentation.
- Accurately process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong product knowledge skills and the ability to learn technical features quickly.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a neat, appealing store environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet sales targets.
- Candidates must live within Yaba, Surulere, Mushin, Bariga, Shomolu, Ebute Metta and it's environs
