Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to inquiries from all Online and Offline customers.
- Attend to walk-in customers with their purchases.
- Operate the sales system for order processing and inventory management.
- Package items appropriately for dispatch and facilitate the order process, including pickup or delivery arrangements.
- Issue invoices, including delivery fees, and send company account details for payment.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate sales and inventory management systems.
- Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and payment processing.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience handling online and offline customer inquiries.
- Ability to coordinate order processing, packaging, and delivery.
