Job Description/Requirements
- Greet and professionally attend to all walk-in customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate product or service information.
- Guide customers through available products/services and upsell when necessary.
- Raise and process customer orders using the company’s online platform.
- Ensure all customer details and order specifications are correctly captured.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely packaging and delivery.
- Monitor the progress of orders and update customers on status when needed.
- Handle customer complaints or issues related to their orders and escalate when required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- At least 1 year of experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
