AgroGreen Dynamics is seeking a smart, reliable, and self-motivated Sales & Conversion Support Officer to manage and follow up on leads generated from our weekly online trainings, social media campaigns, and cooperative programs. You will be responsible for converting prospects into buyers, cooperative members, or bulk sales clients by handling calls, WhatsApp chats, and lead tracking. This is a remote role suited for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping farmers access regenerative farming solutions.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads from online training sessions and advertisements
- Convert inquiries into co-op member registrations or product purchases
- Respond to WhatsApp messages and direct customer questions
- Update lead tracking spreadsheets and CRM tools
- Send product brochures, training reminders, and payment information
- Coordinate with field sales coordinators to support customer fulfilment
- Submit weekly performance reports on follow-up and conversions
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in calling, chatting, and engaging customers
- Experience in sales, customer service, or lead conversion (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs, Excel, and WhatsApp Business
- Access to a smartphone and stable internet
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business, Agriculture, or any relevant field
- Passionate about agriculture, clean food systems, or community empowerment
