Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or mail to discuss loan accounts and provide guidance on repayment options
- Analyze financial data to identify areas of concern and develop effective recovery strategies
- Negotiate with customers to develop mutually beneficial repayment plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Maintain accurate records and track key performance indicators
Requirements:
- Compassionate and empathetic with excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience in customer service, collections, or a related field is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset
