Operations & Business Development Associate (Management Consulting)
Job summary
We are expanding, and we are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Operations & Business Development Associate to strengthen our recruitment operations and improve service delivery to pharmacy employers and other clients.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage applicant database and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare accurate applicant profiles based on submitted data.
- Follow up with candidates via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
- Coordinate interview scheduling for pharmacy employers.
- Track recruitment workflow and prepare weekly activity reports.
- Assist with online enquiries, leads, and brand visibility tasks.
- Support the Lead Consultant with operational tasks.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc in any discipline.
- 10–15 months of experience in operations, admin, HR support, customer service, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Very strong attention to detail (accuracy is essential).
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Social Media Marketing.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
- Interest in business development support is an advantage.
