Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy Online Sales & Customer Relations Associate to manage our e-commerce platform and deliver exceptional customer support.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Launch and manage our e-commerce site, including product uploads, descriptions, and basic SEO optimisation.
  • Ensure smooth daily website operations and coordinate with developers to resolve any technical issues.
  • Provide responsive and professional customer support across email, live chat, and social media platforms.
  • Process and monitor orders, handle shipping inquiries, and manage returns and exchanges.
  • Build customer loyalty through personalised communication and service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotions, campaigns, and customer feedback insights.


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or customer service.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills with a friendly, professional tone.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and CRM/customer service tools.
  • Excellent written communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for health, wellness, and nutrition is a plus.
  • A degree in biological sciences / related fields is preferred
  • Onsite location: (Lagos Mainland)
