Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via online chat
- Assist customers with placing orders and choosing the right products
- Follow up on order status and shipping updates
- Help boost sales and provide excellent service
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience
- Minimum qualification: OND
- Must be patient and friendly
- Has strong communication and sales skills
- Must be hardworking and reliable
- Experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus
Location: Trade Fair, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 – 120,000 + Attractive Commission
