Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Customer’s focus.
- Maintaining an accurate filing system.
- Overseeing clerical tasks and performing all filing duties.
- Taking and delivering messages.
- Help to supervise all aspects of logistics within the supply chain.
- Help in planning and organizing the movement of goods to its designation.
- Good at tackling transportation issues, so must be adept in critical thinking.
- To Perform the duties of a receptionist.
- To Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems (ERP software)
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
