NYSC Customer Service Representative
Job summary
We are currently seeking a smart, well-spoken, and customer-focused NYSC Corper to serve as a Customer Service Representative at our Ajah/Sangotedo office. The Customer Service Corper will be responsible for attending to clients’ inquiries, managing customer complaints, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring excellent client experience at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in clients and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues where necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Follow up on client requests and ensure timely feedback.
- Support the sales and administrative teams where required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Requirements:
- Currently serving NYSC member (Corper).
- Posted to Lagos or willing to relocate to the Ajah/Sangotedo axis.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident, and professional in appearance.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
