Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Reaching out to potential clients to promote our travel agency services and enroll them as customers.
- Handling calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective and existing clients.
- Overseeing customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Identifying and visiting strategic locations, including conference centers, to promote our brand.
- Reaching out to radio stations to play our promotional jingles and enhance brand visibility.
- Visiting radio stations and coordinating marketing activities for promotional campaigns.
- Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies to increase customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in the travel industry is an added advantage.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
