Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor loan accounts to ensure timely repayments.
- Identify and flag delinquent accounts for appropriate action.
- Track loan performance metrics and highlight irregularities or risks.
- Update customer records with payment status and communication logs.
- Contact borrowers to follow up on overdue loan payments or upcoming due dates.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan status, payment schedules, and policies.
- Assist clients with loan documentation or clarification requests.
- Provide reminders for payment schedules and offer assistance with repayment options.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience
- SSCE Certificate
