We’re hiring an experienced Inbound Call Center Operator to join our fast-growing fintech company in Nigeria. This role is ideal for a professional with 2+ years of inbound call center experience, preferably within collections, lending, or financial services.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls regardingloans, repayments, account status, and general inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products, payment options, and policies.
- Support customers with payment-related questions and guide them toward resolution.
- Work with customers professionally and empathetically, especially in sensitive financial situations.
- Documentall call interactions and update CRMsystems accurately.
- Meet performance KPIs such as call quality, response time, and resolution rates.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a call center operator (inbound line required).
- Strong preference: experience in collections, loan servicing, or financial services support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional local languages are a plus).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy and experience working with CRM or call-center software.
