We’re hiring an experienced Inbound Call Center Operator to join our fast-growing fintech company in Nigeria. This role is ideal for a professional with 2+ years of inbound call center experience, preferably within collections, lending, or financial services.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls regardingloans, repayments, account status, and general inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about products, payment options, and policies.
  • Support customers with payment-related questions and guide them toward resolution.
  • Work with customers professionally and empathetically, especially in sensitive financial situations.
  • Documentall call interactions and update CRMsystems accurately.
  • Meet performance KPIs such as call quality, response time, and resolution rates.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a call center operator (inbound line required).
  • Strong preference: experience in collections, loan servicing, or financial services support.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional local languages are a plus).
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience working with CRM or call-center software.
