Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handling of general inquiries (calls, SMS, E-mails, live and offline chats).
  • Maintain relational data and records of correspondence
  • Maintain a schedule of pending and resolved enquires
  • Prepare timely reporting of sensitive and technical issues
  • Offer walk-through on the basic processes and service offerings of the organization for all enquires
  • Maintain standard vetted responses.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a BSc degree
  • Eloquence and good communication skills.
  • Good reporting and process documentation skills.
  • Must be tech-savvy and highly dedicated
  • Personal organization skills
  • Good knowledge and use of Microsoft productivity and database tools e.g., MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Access.
