Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handling of general inquiries (calls, SMS, E-mails, live and offline chats).
- Maintain relational data and records of correspondence
- Maintain a schedule of pending and resolved enquires
- Prepare timely reporting of sensitive and technical issues
- Offer walk-through on the basic processes and service offerings of the organization for all enquires
- Maintain standard vetted responses.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a BSc degree
- Eloquence and good communication skills.
- Good reporting and process documentation skills.
- Must be tech-savvy and highly dedicated
- Personal organization skills
- Good knowledge and use of Microsoft productivity and database tools e.g., MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Access.
