Zeevou is a fast-growing SaaS company providing an innovative Property Management System for the short-term rental industry. We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Help Desk Support professional to join our remote team. As a member of our Help Desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, efficient, and solution-oriented support. You'll collaborate with other team members across different time zones, ensuring timely responses and customer satisfaction. This is a fully remote, full-time role (40 hours per week), with a flexible work schedule, as long as your working hours fall within UK daytime and evening hours (9 AM to 10 PM UK time).
