Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our company to ensure good customer services and vendor experience as an Order Fulfillment Officer. As part of our fulfillment team, you receive and fulfill orders in an efficient manner, and process returns. You will act as the first point of contact for customers and vendors.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner
- Ensure effective customer service and processing of customer orders
- Track all orders via delivery software
- Liaise with the relevant internal and external parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order fulfillments
- Make/Answer phone calls, process returns, and provide online customer service
- Investigates and resolves complex customer requests
- Monitor and follow up on pending orders, backlog status and payment.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc degree in any discipline
- At least 1year experience in order fulfillment
- Prior experience with fulfillment software preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Attention to detail
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 - 85,000
