Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications effectively.
  • Assist clients by providing accurate information and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Schedule appointments and manage bookings with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, filing, and data entry.


Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
