Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures smoothly and accurately.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and take messages.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the lobby and reception area remain tidy and presentable.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Must be well-groomed, courteous, and professional in appearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
