Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Personnel to be the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you will handle front office reception and administrative duties, including greeting customers, answering calls and emails, managing appointments, billing etc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skill.

- Experience Level : Entry level

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, deliveries)
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Support administrative tasks as needed by other departments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
- Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and attitude
