Job Summary

We are seeking Front Desk and Customer Care Representatives to manage client interactions, handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure every visitor or caller receives prompt and courteous service.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, well-organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges for security and recordkeeping purposes.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and other correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about the company's products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently or escalate to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Record and follow up on customer interactions using CRM systems or internal databases.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and assist in developing strategies for improvement.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
