Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sell and attend to clients' requests online
- Upload products on social media.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Requirements:
- You must be hardworking and have good computer skills
- The ideal candidate must not be older than 32years
Remuneration:
This job comes with a fixed salary but is majorly commission based. You earn more as you sell.
The commission is between (NGN30,000 - NGN200,000) monthly. This is based on your ability to convince customers professionally.
Location: Yaba, Lagos.
