Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Calling on in-house and outsourced reminding them about the days works
- Recording of jobs done including nature of the job and solutions provided, the total cost of the repairs as against the expected amount from the client.
- Calling of the people which their job was done or repaired to know how satisfied they are
- Check through all the social media handles. Respond to reactions from prospective customers.
- Scout for new customers through digital awareness
- Prepare invoices of works done and sending them through the electronic systems
- Follow up on the debtors. Call them one after another, depending of the outcome of the previous call on each of them
- Checking of emails and responding to the ones that require immediate response
- Check through for Generators due for service for the week and list them out for field men to take note and plan ahead
- Review the contract dates and the next service on their Generators. And check when the next renewal date should fall due. Renewal letters are written three months before the expiration.
- Calling all the field men both outsourced and the in-house ones to know how the work is going.
- Recording of all the costs of each job specifying what was done, the company, the particular job and the date, how much we charged and the profit.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND in any discipline
- 0 - 2 years of working experience
- Good Communication skills
- Good Inter-personal relationship skills.
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 100,000
