Job Summary

We seek to recruit a customer service staff to handle front desk duties and other assigned roles. Computer Literacy is a must.

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer requests and inquiries
  • Do customer visits/marketing as needed
  • File and update contact information of customers and all other documentation as they arise.
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports and account openings
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Must be able to use MS Word and Excel and be computer literate


Requirements:

  • Must be computer literate and be able to efficiently use MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Minimum academic qualification of an HND/B.Sc
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills
  • Must be courteous
  • Good at spoken English
