We are looking for a Customer Service & Transaction Officer to join our team. This is an on-site, rotational shift role, requiring flexibility and commitment to delivering excellent experience.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Process and troubleshoot financial transactions, ensuring smooth and error-free operations.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, following up as needed to ensure resolution.
- Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve transaction issues and improve service efficiency.
- Stay up to date with company policies, services, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to interact effectively with customers.
- Experience handling transactions, payments, or financial services is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to different shifts as part of a rotational schedule (including evenings and weekends, as required).
- Comfortable with digital platforms and financial tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, financial transactions, or a related field preferred.
