Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers, addressing enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring issues are handled efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
- Accurately log customer interactions, complaints, and feedback into the CRM or database system.
- Ensure all customer concerns are followed up and resolved within agreed service levels or timelines.
- Refer unresolved or complex queries to the appropriate departments or supervisors, while keeping the customer updated.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, updating account details, or processing returns.
- Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to processes or systems to enhance overall service delivery.
- Ensure all customer service activities are in compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with internal departments such as sales, logistics, or technical support to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience
- Minimum of OND certificate in any field of study
