Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Always keep our customers happy.
- Make sure our customers are satisfied with our services.
- To be able to increase sales and orders.
- Receive complaints and sort them to customers satisfaction.
- Create a heart-warming relationship between the customers and us.
- To be able to follow payments and orders accordingly.
- Call our customers and check up on them.
- To message all customers on a daily, these messages include checking up on customers, motivating them to make orders, introducing new products, receiving complaints, sending out important information to them i.e., change of prices, promos etc
- To receive orders from customers.
- To set up a team for cash and cheque retrieval.
- To update payments on time.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND degree in any discipline
- 3 years of working experience
- Good communication skills
- Good inter-personal relationship skills
