Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support and ensure customer satisfaction across various communication channels.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude
- Must reside in Lekki or Ajah axis
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 + Performance Bonuses
