Job Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on-site. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling all incoming calls, inquiries, and providing communication support to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide assistance to customers in a timely and professional manner.

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with patience and empathy, aiming for a positive resolution.

  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.

  • Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries or escalate issues as necessary.

  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling appointments or service requests.

  • Follow company guidelines and protocols to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.

  • Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.



Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline 

  • Previous customer service experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

  • Problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

  • Proficiency in computer systems and customer service software.

  • Knowledge of the [specific industry or products/services] is a plus.

  • Full-time availability to work on-site at our location in Lagos, Nigeria.

  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.

  • Professional appearance and demeanour.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
