Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, courteous, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat

  • Minimum Qualification : OND
  • Experience Level : Internship & Graduate
  • Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and satisfactory manner.
  • Provide Product/Service Information: Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
  • Process Orders and Returns: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling exchanges.
  • Maintain Customer Records: Accurately update and maintain customer records in our database.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work with other customer service representatives and teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and Escalate Issues: Identify and escalate complex customer issues to management or other teams as necessary.


Requirements:

  • Education: OND, HND, or BSc.
  • Experience: 0-1 year in any field
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
