- Answer all orders and with proper documentation.
- Must stay in Yaba or environs because punctuality is a 100% important.
- Should be able to work shift 24/7 with a day off in rotation.
- Working closely with the accountant on executions of payments
- Communicate properly and respectfully to all customers(we are not all formal)
- Communicate to the executives on any problem or new development,
- Give feedback on performance for our first assessment of progress
- Have a basic understanding of crypto and be able ready to learn well and fast
- Ensure you document accurately and well all transactions and orders you processed
- Must be a university graduate
- Must be a good computer literate
- Must be calculative and be able to work under pressure
- Must be a resident of Yaba or can stay in the environs (no accommodation available)
- Good communication skills
- Must have had experience in customer service for at least 2 years
