Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls.
  • Accurately take and pass customer orders to the operations team.
  • Provide product and service information clearly to customers.
  • Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.


Requirements:

  • Minimum SSCE qualification.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service, sales, or related roles.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills (English + Igbo is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic phone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure.
  • Attention to detail when taking and passing orders.
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-first attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of food service is an advantage.
  • Previous CSR experience is a plus but not mandatory.
