We are seeking a smart, well-spoken, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage client interactions, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless shopping experience both online and in-store.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and email.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

- 1–2 years experience in customer service (fashion/retail is a plus).
