Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their queries.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide support and answer questions.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- This position is preferably open to female candidates
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts.
- Proficient in using customer service software and databases.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
