Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their queries.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide support and answer questions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.



Requirements:

  • This position is preferably open to female candidates
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience 
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and databases.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
