Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via phone, email, online chat, etc.
- Open and maintain customer information by recording customer information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure that customers’ complaints are resolved.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Answer and respond to emails and social media DM’s, Inboxes, and comments as would be allocated to you from time to time.
- Maintain broad knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND in any discipline
- A certificate in a virtual assistant is an added advantage
- Minimum of 1-year experience working in the same role
