As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist the administrative department in receiving calls, memos, emails, etc., attending to enquiries, and directing them to the appropriate department.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Assist in managing client subscriptions, bookings, advertising slots, or digital media services.
- Provide information about products, services, schedules, or campaigns.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to products or services.
- Support promotional activities or customer loyalty initiatives.
- Track service issues and escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in Mass Communication, Business Admin, or related fields.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in media or advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and social media platforms.
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
