Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist the administrative department in receiving calls, memos, emails, etc., attending to enquiries, and directing them to the appropriate department.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Assist in managing client subscriptions, bookings, advertising slots, or digital media services.
  • Provide information about products, services, schedules, or campaigns.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to products or services.
  • Support promotional activities or customer loyalty initiatives.
  • Track service issues and escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate team.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND in Mass Communication, Business Admin, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in media or advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and social media platforms.
  • Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
