Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle WhatsApp/Instagram inquiries and process all orders
- Receive phone calls from customers
- Update the company's WhatsApp stories every day at the start of business
- Review and register all orders into the provided sales software
- Inform customers of deals and promotions and increase sales by recommending complementary items to go with their requests
- Solve problems and escalate overwhelming ones to the manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of an HND
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools
