Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert the leads to sales.
- Reach out to old and new customers and make presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of products
- Maintain relationships with all old and new customers ensuring satisfactory after-sales support to customers.
- Generate an accurate, valid, and complete database on every customer by keeping records of Names, Telephone Numbers, Birthdays, and Email addresses by using the right methods and CRM systems and practices
- Review the customer shopping journey at the various touchpoints online (Customer Enquiries, Website, Mobile Apps, Checkout and Payment, Delivery, and Post-Purchase) to improve customer experience as well as collate customer data and feedback for education on how to use our e-commerce platform.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsĀ
- 2-3 years experience with an e-commerce platform as a Customer Care Representative.
- B.Sc. or HND in Business administration or Marketing.
