Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.).
- Listen attentively to customers' concerns, questions, and feedback.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Offer empathetic and patient support to customers experiencing difficulties or dissatisfaction.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction, aiming for high customer satisfaction rates.
- Foster customer loyalty and retention by building strong relationships and addressing concerns proactively
Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- BSC or HND in the related field is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Remuneration: NGN 70,000- 80,000 Monthly
Location: Lagos
