Customer Service Representative
Job summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle inquiries, process orders, resolve complaints, and ensure every client enjoys a smooth and delightful experience from order to delivery.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Take and process cake orders accurately, including custom designs and special requests.
- Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and delivery options.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with the baking and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service representative in a cake company is an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in any field
Location: Gbagada
Remuneration: NGN120,000-150,000
