We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing excellent support to ensure a positive experience.

- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Record customer interactions and follow up when necessary
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum requirement is B.Sc. or OND with 3 years of experience
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- A positive attitude and a willingness to help others
Work Environment:
- Mondays to Saturdays
- Candidates should reside in Ota or its environs
Remuneration: NGN 100,000
