Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.
  • Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information about properties, services, and processes.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services and address any additional needs.
  • Maintain a detailed database of client interactions and feedback.


Sales Assistance:

  • Support the sales team by coordinating client visits, property tours, and meetings.
  • Assist in preparing contracts, invoices, and other documentation as needed.


Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, inquiries, and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing and data entry.


Market Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on property listings, pricing, and market trends.
  • Educate clients about available properties and guide them through the decision-making process.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
