Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.
- Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Provide accurate information about properties, services, and processes.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services and address any additional needs.
- Maintain a detailed database of client interactions and feedback.
Sales Assistance:
- Support the sales team by coordinating client visits, property tours, and meetings.
- Assist in preparing contracts, invoices, and other documentation as needed.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, inquiries, and transactions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth office operations.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing and data entry.
Market Knowledge:
- Stay updated on property listings, pricing, and market trends.
- Educate clients about available properties and guide them through the decision-making process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
