Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are correctly recorded.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, services, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Update customer records and order information in the system with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution.
- Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues or suggestions to management.
- Strive to meet or exceed customer service performance targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

- SSCE Certificate is required
