Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Managing calls and customers' questions about products and service
  • Determine client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Handling customer complaints, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Engaging with customers via phone and office.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of an OND
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven work expe
  • Knowledge of customer service practices
  • Good record management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and interpersonal skill
